Description:

In FY2005, PRM will consider proposals for a project up to $400,000 that provides IDPs in Serbia & Montenegro with the means to achieve self-sustainability through income generation assistance (tools, equipment, agricultural inputs), training or access to other financial aid (such as micro-credit or grants). Up to 25% of the program costs can be dedicated to providing displaced persons with documentation assistance and legal aid. PRM hopes to fund one project for a period not to exceed 12 months. Project objectives in proposals must be achievable within that 12-month time frame.
